On an ongoing basis, QUEST publishes whitepapers, discussion papers, presentations and reports. The goal of these documents is to articulate the details and science behind the integrated energy system we believe will pave the way to real and substantive emission reductions for Canada.
QUEST Business Cases
QUEST has engaged five of Canada's top business schools to produce QUEST's first Business Case Series featuring Integrated Community Energy Systems and initiatives in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Québec and Nova Scotia. The Business Case Series is designed to bring forward the key factors contributing to successful ICES project implementation.

Municipal Policy Toolkit
The purpose of this toolkit is to provide municipal and provincial staff members, councils, and policymakers in Ontario and elsewhere with the resources they need to achieve an Integrated Community Energy Solution (ICES) action in their community. It is hoped that this toolkit will help advance the wide-scale implementation of ICES, which in turn will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy efficiency across a variety of sectors and improve livability and quality of life in communities.

QUEST Pre-budget Submission

QUEST 2012 Implementation Plan
Striving toward the QUEST Vision that by 2035 every community in Canada is operating as an integrated energy system, and accordingly, all community development and redevelopment incorporates an integrated energy system, QUEST has identified priority objectives and actions for implementation in 2012.
