Webinar 5: August 26th, 10am – 11:30am Developing a Successful MEP Application

Smart Energy Communities start with a thorough and implementable Community Energy Plan (CEP). The Ministry of Energy’s Municipal Energy Plan (MEP) program offers municipalities the opportunity to receive funding to develop a Community Energy Plan (CEP) or build upon an existing one. Successful applicants are eligible for up to $90,000 to develop their plan and up to $25,000 to enhance and implement an existing plan. In this session, we will profile municipalities that have successfully applied to the MEP program and hear about important considerations when submitting an application.
